One perfect place to stay with family. Pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, bar restaurant... And parking lot outside.

Quality/Price the hotel is very good. There is a nice swimming pool, breakfast and dinner (buffet type) are more than fair. Just 2 problems: 1) In general the staff is nice but there are some few cases in which unfortunately they are not as friendly as they should. 2) They used to have a much better deal that included the skiing pass for Vallnord. Now it is only Ordino-Arcalis which is a much small skiing resort.

Hotel with a beautiful swimming pool, hammam, sauna and a small jacuzzi (too small). The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. Parking side. The free service outside is too small and the cover is not cheap (20€/day). Impeccable cleaning done every day. Very good breakfast and evening meal

It was the first time we went. The boy who greeted us at reception. Very nice. Friendly. We arrived a little late. Even so, we went up to eat at the restaurant. Where also very attentive and pleasant staff. .hotel where you enter and feel well-being..great food highlighted.cleanliness in the rooms of 10.everything very clean.congratulations to all the staff.thank you.we will return.

We really liked the services, swimming pool, chikipark... At no additional cost. The bad thing is the price of the parking, 21 euros per night, and the buffet: 29 adults and 20 children. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Silent. A negative point for the front desk clerk who didn't let us stay a little longer in the pool the day we were leaving. And a positive point for Fernando, who greeted us upon arrival and was super friendly.
